How He Got Here
Terry has been a consultant and business coach for the Financial Services Industry since the late 1990s. In 2014 he co-founded Mindset Consulting allowing him to work extensively with an exclusive group of advisory teams.
Terry’s primary role is working with Financial Advisory teams across North America with an emphasis on helping them implement marketing and business development best practices.
During his many years of coaching, he’s had the opportunity to develop and deliver customized training programs for many financial firms throughout North America. He frequently works collaboratively with Sherri to deliver their corporate solution of group coaching, which allows them to assist a larger number of advisory teams with their Practice Management endeavours. They have formed long-standing relationships with a select group of the top-tier financial firms in the US and Canada, including Wells Fargo, Raymond James and Creative Marketing, to name just a few.

Terry is also the co-author of The North Wind and the Sun, a book that tells a series of true stories about the importance of relationships in business.
